Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Caldwell B. Esselstyn (2008, Paperback)

I purchased this book after reading a review I came upon on the internet which written by my uncle, who just happens to be a very knowledgable and wise man. My husband got the book when it arrived and read it immediately. We are doing the advocated program. It will change your life for the better. Get it and do it.

was replacing the original i had that I left for my daughter to read...can't be without it! It is a rather strong reminder why I don't eat or cook with oil anymore.

Very poor communication and service.

We bought the book because husband's cardiologist recommended that we read it. It really is a fine book and we are trying as much as possible to follow the doctors suggestions. But unless you become a complete vegetarian it is not completely doable. I have adopted many suggestions though and some of the recipes are really great. Certainly worth the read!
