I already had this book but wanted to get it for a friend who needed information regarding a particular disease. It is a very good resource and not only tells you about the problem, but the solution or remedies and my friend was grateful to get it. Thank you for the good service too.

Everyone should own a copy of this book. It's full of important nutritional information. You can gain control of your health using the information in this book. It's something that every doctor should prescribe to their patients.

This book is great. My mother recently had surgery and like most people who know not too much about medicine, she's learned alot from it. It has ways to treat everyday things. I highly recommend!!

I bought this one for a friend because she kept borrowing mine. It's a great reference book on everything A-Z and then some. Always see your doctor if something persists, but this book recommends supplements, herbs, and easy to use fixes or boosts for almost any condition that arises. Great guide - highly recommended!

An excellent reference guide. I prefer the 3rd edition, although the fourth is adequate. I highly recommend that people have this book! Covers a wide range of illness. It is user/laymen friendly. Very educational. Not only does it educate you on each illness, it also educates on minerals and vitamins and what foods they naturally occur in.

It is very extensive, covering a plethora of disorders. It offers information on vitamins, minerals, herbs, precautions, etc. I refer to it weekly for myself and/or others. It is a must for anyone who is interested in natural healing.

A friend of mine was reading this book. I glanced through it and I went on line and ordered it right away. If you have ANY medical questions, the answers are right there. It covers all subjects from your head to the bottom of your feet. It even gives you help with weight loss and gain issues, tooth aches, eye problems, etc. You name it, it's covered in this book. I have a lot of books, but I refer to this one most often.

I bought this book after recommendation from a friend. I have various ailments and wanted a natural way of relieving symptoms of some of them. I started reading this book at a friend's house and had to leave before I finished it. Ordered it before I headed home so I could have it as soon as I arrived home. So much nutritional detail that I had not seen in the dozens of health books I had read. The first part of the book explains what all the different vitamins and minerals do for you. Further on conditions are listed alphabetically and details what you should take to help with your problem. Tells you how much to take, cautions if there are any. You will never give up this book. Great reference. It will never be obsolete!!

What I love of this book is the power is has to educate the people about there health. With this book you can educate yourself and most important that you can cure yourself. Meaning you don't have to visit the doctor's office so often. AND IT WORKS!!!

I had to read this book for a class I am taking. It is a great book for learning who to treat your self by using herbs. I think if somone would have told me about this book I woud have bought it any way
