Over all well known good book recommended by a friend. It is very imformative and complete. I was looking some herbal remedies or natural supplements. I was taking physical therapy to get better and another patient recommended that book. It was expensive at libraries so the attractive price here on Ebay was a magnet for me. There where other sellers, selling other editions of same book. I lost a couple of auctions. When I finally saw this book for bids, I participate on auction without thinking. I won the item but clever picture from seller, portayed a larger book. It result this is a pocket size edition from book. Do not bid on a rush!
