The Prenatal Yoga Deck by Diane Philos Jensen, Olivia H. Miller (2003, Cards)

I teach yoga and have NO experience working with pregnant students. This deck is fantastic! Easily portable, it gives a picture on one side and walks you thru the pose on the opposing side. Tells you what trimester it's best for and even comes with a few extra cards focusing on relaxation and breathing. Very happy with this product and thrilled that I was able to get it on e-bay for less than five dollars!!!

I own the original Yoga Deck and this one doesn't disappoint. Each card gives suggestions regarding which trimesters the pose is safe for and if any adjustments are needed. Great if you travel!!!

Received item within time frame and it was in perfect shape. Thanks! The cards are great exercises even for those that are beginners of yoga. It relaxes me and allows me to focus on the happiness of being pregnant!

bought this for my pregnant daughter in law, who had just had auto accident and in lots of pain. thought it would help both pre-birth and to get her body back to normal. she was delighted with it.
