From what others have said about this book, as well as from what i know, this is one of the best books about Pregnancy. The title of the book is well represented with the information given. I bought this book for a cousin of mine and she loved it so much that i bought another from my friend. They have both said that it is a great book.

Helpful InformationMy wife and I have used this book extensively for a 12 week birthing class we are taking. It has really good information in it. It helps mother and father understand what is happening in the laboring process. I definitely encourage both parents to read the information.

I am a doula and I give to all my clients to use throughout their pregnancy. They all love the book. They say that it is written in terms that they can understand and relate too. This is a must have when pregnant.
