This CD has given me great joy and pleasure. Alan Jacksons voice is made for singing the hymns. His mamma Knew it all along. You will not regret buying this one. Even my young adult children have one in their CD Changers. Awesome!!!!

I really like Alan Jackson. When I knew he made a relious album, I had to
get it. I love it! I bought one for mother also. She loves hers and plays it
on a daily basis. The thing that attracted me most to this CD is the purity
of the music and Alan Jackson's voice. These are the old-fashioned hymns I grew up with and sang every Sunday. It is a great reminder of the past.

Alan Jackson is a wonderful artist, but he really pours his heart and soul into this collection of great old hymns. They are awe-inspiring and soul-stirring. I can listen to them over and over and be touched every time. I think this may be his best CD ever!

This CD was recommended to me from a friend. I purchased it and it is one of my most played CDs. Even though the songs on it are not new praise and worship songs, it is such an spiritually uplifting CD that I listen to it all the time. It also brings back many blessed memories of hymn singing on my grandpa's porch with family and friends. Alan Jackson is a wonderful singer and has done a great job bringing his style to these old and wonderful hymns. A must have for anyone who loves to listen to spiritual or praise and worship music.

One of the best investments of CD Country/Gospel I have ever made. It is not heavy on music, just the true talent of one of the best. He sings so effortlessly, does he even breathe? I grew up singing in a Assembly of God church with a lot of the songs on here, and it takes me back. Thank You Thank You!!! My absolute favorite is Power In the Blood, then I Want to Stroll Across Heaven With You. Keep up the Good Work Alan!!! God Bless!!

I REALLY DO LOVE TO HEAR ALAN JACKSON AND I DO LOVE GOSPEL MUSIC. IT IS A GREAT CD AND I AM VERY HAPPY TO HAVE IT.

What I liked about this CD is it has some old christian songs I grew up with and it is sung the way I remember not this up to date music changing the music.The only thing I did not like,is I didn't know all the songs.

Alan Jackson has done it again! This CD is great!! i decided to buy the CD when it came out because Alan Jackson always has great vocals and great music! This CD is a great addition to your collection! Just about every song on this album you can relate to! I well recommend this CD to everyone who loves country music!!

This is an awesome CD to add to your collection. My daughter gave it to me, and I played it for various ages of people in my home, and they all commented on such an easy listening album for background music (even though they were not big country music fans at all. This is an awesome CD by Alan Jackson!! What is so special, it is not particularly the songs he sings so much as the fact that he gives you the feeling that he is singing just to you and you alone. Such feeling and
reverance just makes it something really special.

This is a wonderful collection of old gospel music. Alan Jackson does a wonderful job of sticking to the sound of country gospel as it was in years gone by. I was looking for gospel music that evoked memories of when I was young in the church and this CD does that well. I downloaded the music on my computer but decided after many hours of listening that I wanted to listen to the music in my car as well. If you're looking for contemporary, upbeat, jazzy gospel music - keep looking. This CD is what your parent's grew up with or if you're old enough you did. It's the old country gospels sung with great feeling and faith.

My mother loves of gospel music and heard a track form this Cd then asked me to immediately buy it. She loves his quiet style of Southern gospel.

I actually bought two of the Alan Jackson CD's Precious Memories....one for me and one for a friend's birthday gift. The songs are all classic religious songs we sang in church when we were growing up. Both my friend and I heard most of the songs on television one night and just had to have them all. It really is a modern-day "classic". There was nothing I did not like about the CD.

I saw Alan Jackson's TV show using some of t he songs on this CD and loved it. Being a director of music in my local church for over thirty years, I love these old hymns. Since Alan Jackson has a wonderful voice, I wanted to hear him sing these old songs of faith.

My wife and I have truly enjoyed listening to the message of faith and hope in these songs. We'd like to see him do another CD of more old songs of faith.

There is nothing I dislike about this album. It has all the good, old hymnals sung in many churches worldwide. Alan Jackson can sing anything!

I love this gosbel collection of songs to hear. Its is so uplifting. Every song is just beautiful to listen to.

A friend of mine told me about this CD so I decided to look it up on E-Bay to see if someone was selling. A wonderful spiritual CD. I was able to purchase a brand new unopen one.

Alan does a beautiful job with these songs. It's nice to hear some of these songs on cd that I grew up with....very nice, worth buying!

This is simple, old-time gospel, performed with an emphasis on the meaningful words and not overwhelming instrumentals.

A friend gave me a copy she'd burned on her computer, and I thought the music was so lovely I wanted to (1) be able to play it anywhere, and (2) reward the artist fairly for the wonderful project.
