Covers a lot of form practice, hard to absorb.l
This book covers a lot of the form practice for bankruptcy. The authors do a nice job of covering what tasks a paralegal might complete. It goes as far as to warn the paralegals that their firm's clients might be stressed and need a comforting presence.
However, the book does nothing to explain the practicalities a bankrupt person or corporation will go through. This book is nothing without a teacher who works in this area of law, and is experienced with the day to day of bankruptcy law. Unfortunately, I am stuck with a teacher who has not practiced law. The book could have more examples to make the student understand what happens to a client in a bankruptcy, rather than just what forms and what due dates, are needed.
