Powerpuff Girls Anniversary (DVD, 2008)

Believe it or not, my 18 yr. old daughter asked for it for birthday! Well she got just what she asked for, in perfect condition - new in package - so she was a happy new 19 year old!! Purchased arrived in neat, tidy box, well packed and as promised. What else can I say, I was a very pleased buyer!!!

i bought this idem for my daughter who just loves powerpuff girls and i only found them on e-bay the movies were watched and loved by the girls. I am looking forward to getting more series of the powerpuff girls for our daughters.

Brand new 10th, box set, keeps my daughter entertained for hours! It has drama, comedy and life lessons as each drama/show unfolds.

This item was in pretty bad condition when I got it, some of the discs wouldn't even play! The ones that did play wouldn't let me watch half of the episodes, and the screen read "Disc cannot be read". Also season two of the series was missing, instead there were two season one discs and one wouldn't play. Most of the discs looked heat damaged, as if they were near a source of heat to long. Overall I was disappointed in the condition of the product that I spent my hard earned money on. I'm still new to buying things online and I don't know the procedure to deal with such situations. I still want the Powerpuff Girls Anniversary DVD box set, but one that isn't damaged or missing seasons. I don't know if this is the sellers fault or not, but there is no one else to blame.

I BOUGHT THIS ITEM BECAUSE MY DVR WAS FILLED WITH RECORDED EPISODES OF POWERPUFF GIRLS. MY CHILDREN LOVE THESE DVD'S AND CAN WATCH THEM IN MY TRUCK WHILE WE TRAVEL. THIS WAS SUCH A GREAT PURCHASE BECAUSE IT HAS ALL THE EPISODES SO I DON'T NEED TO PURCHASE ANY MORE DVD'S.

You know there is certain love one gets over owning a complete tv series on DVD. What a time we live in, it's hard to believe but there was once a time, when, if you missed an episode or the tv show was no longer on the air, well that's it, you missed it and all you can do is hope reruns will air one day. Now thanks to the awesome inventions known as DVDs, we can have our favorite tv shows whenever we want.

So sorry perhaps I'm rumbling on a bit, I should of talking about the complete series of the Powerpuff Girls 10th Anniversary collection.

I don't feel bad to say that I like this cartoon, I'm a huge cartoon lover and in my opinion this is one of the most underratted cartoons to came out of the 90s. I think it's one of the best of the 1990s, personally. Owning this cartoon set will be a welcome edition to any cartoon lover.

To be fair, I haven't watched the whole thing yet, but what I've seen so far, I've enjoyed very much. That's not to say this DVD set is perfect though, it does have a few flaws. One thing that is very noticeable is when watching a season one cartoon, it's easy to see not much as been done in the way of remastering and restoring, basically you're watching a cartoon from 1998 and it feels like you're watching that 1998 cartoon, not too much better than a VHS copy of a season one PPG cartoon you or maybe you're little sister still has when it was bought brand new at your local K-Mart about ten years ago. But the special features such as funny shorts (including the original PPG believe it or not entitled "the Whoop-Ass girls"), music videos and the "Twas the Fight Before Christmas" special does make up for that somewhat. Still if you're a fan of animated, cartoon network, and the Powerpuff Girls or know someone who is and can't think of a great gift for him or her, than you can't go wrong buying this set.

I for one feel it is worth every penny I spent on it and will enjoy it for a long time to come.

I love the powerpuff girls and I know I haven't watched all episodes. I purchased the dvd for a really good price and a good investment for a collector's item.

This was a gift for someone special in my life. It was a really easy tranaction and would definitly buy from this seller again!!
