I am self taught and currently preparing to take the Comptia A + Essentials and Comptia A+ 220-602 exam to validate the latest skills needed by today's computer support professionals. I have a little over 8 years experience in repairing, troubleshooting, upgrading computers and setting up networks for family and friends.

A friend recently asked me to upgrade her Apple iBook and with the limited experience that I had already acquired, I dove in head first.
