This book is cheap for the amount of great information in it! I am interested in becoming a yoga instructor in a few years and this book is an excellent introduction of the history and techniques of power yoga. I am learning a lot, love this book! It teaches the different series of poses in a way that is esay to learn with both pictures and words.
