Excellent manual fo ShopSmith owners

Having looked at the "manual" that comes with a ShopSmith I needed a book with more detailed information. This book seemed to be recommended wherever I looked for ShopSmith information.
The book gives plenty of instruction on how to use a ShopSmith and is very hot on safety, which is as it should be. It contains lots of designs for jigs and aids to improve what can be done with the machine. My only quibble is that is does not offer advice as to which might be the better way to do a particular operation. For example, what are the relative benefits between the moulder and the shaper. Since I do not have any shapers, the answer for me is simple, but should I invest in more moulder blades or would my money be better spent on shaper blades. I think the real answer is that a modern router will do a much better job, but the book is devoted to ShopSmith so you wouldn't expect it to say that.
Conclusion: If you have or are thinking of buying a ShopSmith this book is essential reading if a bit dated.
