Lord, Teach Me To Pray

Joyce Meyer teaches how to talk to God by exploring the following types of prayer;
Praise, Worship and Thanksgiving
Consecration and Commitment
Petition and Perseverance
Intercession
Prayers of Agreement
God wants us to talk to Him from our hearts. He wants our prays to be simple, natural and enjoyable. He wants our communication with Him to flow freely without being bogged down by rules, regulations, legalism and obligation. He wants us to pray without ceasing...the easiest thing we do each day.
Why should you read this book? I believe this book will help you deepen your prayer life. If you really want your prayers to make a difference, this is the book for you.
I really like the way this book is organized. At the end of each chapter is a summary and "Prayer Points". After reading the chapter, the Prayer Points highlight the most important things in the chapter. This is great for reviewing what was read and meditating on how the material can be applied to my life.
I have read many Joyce Meyer books and I honestly believe that this is one of the best. I can't even begin to choose my favorite.
