The Power of Simple Prayer by Joyce Meyer (2007, Abridged, Compact Disc)

This audiobook is an excellent tool to add to your Christian library. Joyce Meyer delivers her message in straight forward, heartfelt language that regular folks like us can understand. The entire book is narrated by her daughter who brings the book to life, explaining that simple prayer is not complicated but actually something that most of us are already doing right now. A refreshing look at everyday prayer in our lives.

The content is excellent and helps a person learn alot and its a big blessing and that is why i like the cd's of power of simple prayer. i made the purchase because i collect all the joyce Meyer teaching cd's and tapes. I dislike it for one reason. Joyce isn't reading all the power of simple prayer book herself and it makes me have to remember its her daughter reading it and she is reading it from her moms point of view. this makes it less enjoyable for me.I learn and am blessed but i have to remember whos reading the book. simple prayer is a helping hand to anyone who is struggling with how to pray and a good reminder to anyone that the Lord wants us to have a one on one relationship and spend time with him and not just be focused on a laundry list of wants or needs.
