  Thomas Believes

Do yourself the favor of not atempting this book without the running start of, "Lord Foul's Bane", and "The Illearth War". Any review of this book to those who have not read the first two in the trilogy is useless. A review for those who have read is unnessicary. Do you believe in the miraculous, majic, mythological majesty? If yes, read on.

Truely one the all time greats in this or any genre.Cool bad guys and magic items.Awesome spells. Great storyline. Second only to Tolkien. There are more than 8+ books in this series. Start at "Lord Fouls Bane" and go from there.
Most books I only read once. I've read these several times each.

  Most Captivating Fantasy Series Ever!
Review created: 10/07/06(updated 10/07/06)
by:

The final installment in The First Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever is filled with Adventure, Peril, Heroism, and is the most unique and imaginative fantasy series I've ever come across. Never have I been moved to such degrees by the characters that Stephen R. Donaldson has created with intimate depth and human flaws apparent in all of us. They are alive and capture your soul from the very beginning. Their plight becomes yours as you are swept along by their struggles and love for the land. Like a drug, this book leaves you captivated and longing for more!
