Movie Description
The world of POPULAR MECHANICS FOR KIDS opens up a treasure trove of knowledge that children can easily learn from. The hosts Jay, Elisha and Tyler make it their mission in each episode to uncover some mechanical or natural phenomena, as they travel far and wide across America. This compilation of material focuses on water-based creatures, and the various machines mankind has constructed to make the ocean more hospitable. Firstly they delve into the sea to look at the behavior of dolphins, and try to ascertain what mankind can learn from them. Next, they take a trip to Sea World and look at some of the creatures that inhabit the tanks and aquariums there. After that, the intrepid hosts look into how oceans are kept healthy with a little help from humankind, and descend to the depths in some highly sophisticated equipment. The last, and perhaps most spectacular, part of this release takes an exciting look into an underwater hotel. Both fun and informative, this is a great way for kids to learn about the ocean.
