I bought this hoping to learn some GOOD and PRACTICAL techniques to take control of a suspect. This instructional video demonstrates fairly quickly and the teacher is not very charismatic, so it is very difficult to follow and focus your attention on what is happening. Techniques that are demonstrated have TOO many steps to be able to use on a real, non-compliant suspect.

) well i am in training to be in law enforcement here in South Carolina..This video is giving me a head start on learning a little something extra..this is a video more mainly for law enforcement not your everyday person..but would recommended to a person who wants a head start in law enforcement.(A++++)
