Easy to follow workout dvd. Excersises are well though out slowly showing the viewer how to correctly do the excersise and then the routines are made to bring you from any fitness level up to strength.

I wanted a training aid for new dancers. The dvd breaks down the basic moves for the new dancer. Very informative and easy to understand.

Very basic. Instructor has no personality. Only 23 minutes of video--moves from beginner to inversions within just a few minutes with no safety considerations. Much better DVDs out there.

Don’t bother buying this video – not worth the $. The moves are very simple and you’ll barely break a sweat.

I bought a couple of pole dvds and this one was my favorite.
The DVD has a lot of exercises and tricks and at the end it shows you how to put your dance together. I recommend this dvd to everyone it made me sweat!

because i take erotic danceclasses for a diferent workout its more fun then weights ans erobics and can keep you just as fit. It can also be move from one area to another

I bought this DVD and a pole with the intention to sculpt my body, and it is definitely worth it. It looks so easy on the video - don't be fooled! After 15 minutes, I was sore for three days. It is a great video for learning all the basic moves and you'll get a good workout at the same time!

It's a pretty good DVD for beginners. My husband enjoyed the little routine. I liked it alot. I had some basic skills down before my pole dancing classes began. LOL

I bought this dvd as a beginner, and i found it was okay, but it needed to be more detail oriented as far as the actual spins, as a beginner i felt it went too quickly from beginner to advanced..and i was sore...Safety was definitely not stressed enough..say..what NOT to do

This instructional dvd is perfect for beginners. The instructions and demonstrations are very simple and easy to follow. In addition, it is great that the instructor has someone else do the moves step-by-step as she describes it.

Doesnt explain the moves step by step before showing them. My wife feels that it is too short, but does show some good moves.

Really enjoyed this DVD - explained and demonstrated how to do a lot of moves, and showed them many times at different speeds.

Only wish it would have been longer.

This is a grear starter video for those new to pole dancing. It only has a few moves, and is not great to use for a exercise video. It just shows you the basic. I mastered the entire video in under a week. The moves they teach are important to learn prior to buying another video. I do have a suggestion, rent the video from netflix to use. This will save you a little cash.

This is my first experience with pole dancing and I purchased this dvd to learn how.It is a very short dvd with little dance instructions.

It truly does work its way through beginner to expert. It incorporates sexy routines along with fitness. High quality audio & video. The instructors are suitably dressed & very professional. Money well spent if you want to learn pole dancing for fitness or fun.
