This item stopped working after the first week of use. When I contacted the people of the extended warranty, they reffered me to the manufacturer, I tried to contact the manufacturer near 20 times, and never got a hold of customer service.

Bought this for my 2 yr old son to watch his DVD's on. It has a great look; and is easy to use. The only problem I have encountered is the open/close little button that releases the door gets stuck sometimes- and you can't close the door. If you push the open/close again all the way down it will fix that. Definately recommend this model.

It is exactly how it was described and I wanted a bigger screen on a portable dvd player so I got exactly what I paid for. I think when you have people who are honest with what they sell it gives you faith and you will buy from them again.

I love the product. I bought it because I wanted a nice large screen for my desk... The price was pretty good! I don't like the way it opens and closes, but I don't close it much so it is not that big of a deal! Love all the extras it comes with.. Nice color... easy to use...

The size of the screen was the only reson I wanted to buy this dvd player. It worked for only a month and the screen went blank. I heard that this was a problem but didn't listen to the reviews, what an idiot! I don't reccomend this product to nobody and I hope someone can help me out with getting a replacement or refund?

THis is a very nice DVD player. Screen is larger than most. My only complaint is that even when the sound is turned up all of the way, it is not loud enough to to hear with all of the other background noise cars have.

I HAVE NO DISLIKES WITH THIS PLAYER. IT WORKS GREAT, THE PICTURE IS EXCEPTIONAL AND THE SOUND IS GOOD TO. IHAVE WATCHED 2 MOVIES ON A BATTERY CHARGE SO FAR. IT IS A GREAT PLAYER.

great DVD player.Bought this to use while traveling on planes. The large screen size made it very relaxing to watch, and made the ride seem a whole lot shorter.

This product worked 2 hours and then died on me. Battery was ok. Called Polaroid cust service and they told me the warranty was only valid for the original purchaser (which was the seller). When I told them the original purchaser was a wholesaler from EBay, they said it was probably an item that was purchased in bulk at a liquidator and therefore the warranty was not valid. Fortunately, the seller reimbursed my full cost less return shipping.
