Polaroid I533 5.1 Megapixel

I've had a few digital cameras now, nothing to pricey, but now I know what I want and this i533 was just about perfect. Pictbridge is a super feature that I never use but like having. I like the A/V cable that lets me watch my pics and video on TV or other video player and the 2.5" screen is awesome. You definitely know if you got the shot you wanted and overall the operation of this camera is simple, one of my favorite features. Of course it drains batteries but I knew that so the feature I wish the i533 had was a connection for power so I could use a power adapter to view or edit pics without draining my batteries or even to snap pics indoors. And of course the price was right so instead of a 9, I give it a 9.5.

I bought the Polaroid I533 5.1MP camera for my 12 year old. This Polaroid camera is so much more advanced than my own personal one and can be used as a camcorder for short movie clips with a mini SD card. Overall, great camera, super value, and awesome picture/video quality! And best of all, easy to use.

I love the larger screen for the price of a camera with a smaller screen, also very reasonable for all attachments included. Works perfectly!

One reason that I purchased it was I love the huge screen that allows you to preview and see all! It had the right price for me. I am still learning the camera but what I dont like is you cant really zoom all the way and still have a great picture. Plus the time between one picture being taken to another is a little long. Maybe the things I have said is something I can make easier for myself like I said I am still learning the camera. I have never owned one before and this one was easy enough for me to use the day I purchased it. It does have a quick mode for taking pictures if your arent handy with cameras. One other downfall is I go through batteries alot! It probably wouldnt be bad to invest in rechargeables.

I got mine for only $65 off ebay. The camera takes awesome pictures and videos with sound. I liked how this camera has removable skins, kinda like the ipod. The battery life is pretty good, as I can use the camera for about 150 pictures before replacing the batteries. I would recommend this camera to someone that needs a good camera for a low price.

i bought this for my teenage daughter it is easy to use takes great pictures.the menu is very user friendly.
i also like the fact that you can get a silicone cover for the camera it seems to protect it pretty well.she has already broken 3 cameras this on still in one piece.

If you are on a budget, and need a starter digital camera, this is definately a great camera. It only has 5.1 megapixels, but takes no different quality of pictures than a 7. Easy functions, just like a point and shoot!

We purchased a Polaroid I533 5.1 Megapixel digital used camera because we do not have a digital camera. It was received in good condition; however, the camera DOES NOT WORK. We've purchased new batteries and nothing seems to work. I sent an e-mail to the seller and informed them of the same. We have given up on the camera and feel like we've wasted our money. Next time, I will make sure to purchase a new camera. All other purchases made on eBay have been excellent with no problems.

the camera works very well but I should have been told it will not down load Pictures to a computer with the USB cable. Sincely. Tillman

i bought a camera on aug 11th said takes 6 days to ship, here it is sept still havent recieved it sent her email 3 days ago no responce

have wanted a digital camera for awhile and jumped at the chance when i was able to purchase one for such a good price. i have never really had any experience with digital cameras so i am enjoying learning the ins and outs with this one

I purchase this camera for my daughter because I fell in the ocean and ruined the one she got for Christmas last year.. She love this phone and all its features.. I was looking for a cheap camera for my girlfriend, something "good" but not too expensive for when it get's accidentaly dropped and i found the Polaroid i533 camera. Man, this thin is packed whit features: 5 Mega pixels, 2.5" screen and 12x zoom(3 optical times 4 digital). It comes with the following accesories: USB Cable, TV-out cable, manual, quick start guide (multilingual), a couple of Duracell alkaline batteries, driver disc and a clear foam pouch.

The things that i liked the most:
1) It uses old cheap SD memory, this way you won't have any issues whit those big brand and expensive memories, like sony's mem. stick pro duo++ or what ever is called this days.

2) It uses AA batteries, this it's way better because you can buy regular cheap alkaline batteries any where and you don't have to worry about those feeds for replacing dead batteries.

Things i don't like:
1) Only one, and this could bee entirely my mistake but it seems that the usb connector it's not standard mini usb, but ratter a proprietary connector from Polaroid, which would make sense given that it's the same port where the tv-out signal goes.

So basically, if you can overlook the usb thing, it's a pretty good deal.

CAMERA IS GOOD FOR CLOSE UP SHOTS, { DISTANCE IT DOSENT TAKE VERY GOOD SHOOTS } OK FOR AN AVERAGE CAMERA, GOOD FOR A BEGINER.

this is not a spectacular item by any means but it is just what i needed i recently purchased this camera and it didnt have the master kit to it so i was in the dark until i seen the item offered in ebay i am forever grateful it was just what i thought it would be and i am so happy i can have confidence in using my new camera and can understand all of its functions now
