The Polar Express (Blu-ray Disc, 2008, 3-D)

The movie is magical fantasy, very nice for watching in Christmas night. I personally won't recommend the 3D anaglyph version, is not good at all, it may cause a headache, and there's no special 3d effects. I prefer the bluray regular one.

the 3D was os bad. i could not watch it. it gave me a very bad headache. it was blurry. and had dubble vision. very hard on eyes. WAS A BIG WAIST OF MONEY. if you want the poler express. do not get the 3D version. you will not be happy.

This is a great movie for the whole family,perfect right around the Christmas holidays.The animation is exceptional,Tom Hanks does an excellent job narrating,he also plays a great train conductor in this magical Christmas tale, about a boy who's at the age where he is not sure what to believe when it comes to Christmas and Santa Clause. I wont ruin the story for you,I will just say the boy comes away with a spirit like he never knew before.

This movie should be as much of a part of Christmas for kids as "Its a Wonderful Life" is for adults. A entertaining and meaningful story that is visually stunning.

Note about the 3D version: The Blu-Ray will play in 3D or 2D mode, but it came with only one pair of 3D glasses. You can buy additional red-blue 3D glasses on eBay.

Spectacular movie, picture quality and sound! This brings home the entire meaning of what the holidays truly stand for. A family movie at its best!

Just as described, all original packaging, the product just looked great, didn't like the fact it cost more to ship to Alaska since its just the same at the post office and its not and Harder to write alaska on the envelope. I had It shipped to my family in Kansas and they sent it up but but as the rest it was top notch.

I bought this movie for my children and they love it!!!! It is twice as good on blu ray. Also if you have a high quality surround system it really sounds AWSOME!!!

I HAVE SEEN REAL 3D AND IT WAS GREAT BUT THIS WAS NOT WHAT I HOPED FOR. I EVEN PAID FOR UPGRADED GLASS HOPING THAT WHOULD HELP BUT NO USE, TECHNOLOGY IS JUST NOT THERE YET. TRIED ON LCD 1080P, PLASMA 720P,1080I JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR DISNEY WORLD!

The Polar Express is our favorite holiday movie, however the 3-D version is not worth the money. We were very unhappy with the purchase. Believe me, you will not be happy with it also.

I play the 3-D movie on a samsung 1080 p 120hz TV and a playstation 3 80 g. View by 4 adults and 3 children. We all said the movie seemed to go in and out of focus. I was not impressed with the quilty of this movie. I have watched outher 3-d movies on the same tv and playstation and the quality was high.

I bought this movie because I've seen it before and liked it. I have a blue-ray player now and wanted the hd effect of it. I was surprised to find out when i got it that it also included the standard blu-ray version if you didnt feel like wearing 3d glasses.

I bought this movie because in the store like Bestbuy is more expensive, and I have not complaint and I save some money.Thank you
