Pokemon - Jirachi Wish Maker (DVD, 2004)

I recently bought the Japanese version of this movie here on ebay and was quite pleased. I liked the English version, but the original is much better. :) I recommend getting the import HK version with surprisingly superb subtitles rather that the dub if you're a hard-core Pokemon fan like myself. But, for the little ones at home, the dub is great, too. :)

The storyline itself is well-done, except for it being too short. Some plot-holes were not explained as well as they could have been (more of it is explained in the original version, seeing as 4Kids cut quite a bit of it out for the American release). The ending theme song in Japanese is simply beautiful and, luckily, the music video is included in the extras section in the American release. :) I also found the collaboration between both the english and japanese versions of the ending theme song was a nice touch.

All in all, it's a good movie and should be added to any Pokemon collection. Take it from a long-time Pokemon fan such as myself. ;)

Arrived in new condition and very quickly. I decided to buy it for my son's Christmas present as that is what he requested. Due to the hard economic times it was cheaper to buy from e-bay than anywhere else.

I love this movie. I needed this movie to complete my set. I think it's a great movie so go get it! I find this movie to be totally worth it even if the price is over 10 bucks! Its very fun to watch and no Pokemon fan should pass this up!

I bought it for my son who loves Pokemon. He is very well satisfied with the purchase and will no doubt have me to purchase some more.
