Pocket Medicine by Marc S. Sabatine (2007, Loose-leaf)

I have very bad experience on ebay, i boght this book through ebay, i sent the payment to seller but seller didnt sent me the book. I did 3-4 times email to seller but he didnt replied back, i tried to contact ebay but they dont have any contact phone number thats why didnt able to contact them, so it is my request to ebay to help me in this regard.

I just LOVE this little book, has everything you need for rotations and IM residency... labs, protocols, staging, drugs. THIS IS NOT A LEARNING TOOL, this is a "what was it again?" kind of book, quick ref, BUT VERY COMPLETE...

I disliked that that holes that were punched into the pages did not line up well with the metal rings of the cover. I had to do new holes for all the pages.

It is beautifully written, concise, easy to handle, helps a lot while doing wards and want to check something out. Cool thing is that you can choose which pages to bring with you and which ones to take out without damaging the book. All in all, great product.

Pocket Medicine is a must-have for the wards. It contains well-organized information about condition/disease epidemiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment, grading scales, etc. that you will be expected to know and utilize as a medical student, intern, and resident.

Moreover, you are generally expected to own it because everyone else does, and you don't want to be behind in the game. I have found no one who can suggest a better pocket reference.

This is a great concise book perfect for the wards, plus it fits in the pocket of your whitecoat. It was recommended to me by a senior resident.
