The book was very informative and gave a lot of helpful examples. It took muy class through all the specific steps of program plannign and was very useful when we actually had to plan a program. It was easy to follow and model. I had to buy it for a class in college.

new bookrecieved in a timely manner and matched the description exatly. it was new and wrapped in new plastic. The book is good if you like to read but I have not really used it all the much in class. Have a feeling it will be outdated quickly
