Johnny Depp is at his all-time best in this delightful movie filled with fun and adventure. I never really paid any attention to this fine actor until I saw his extraordinary performance as Captain Jack Sparrow, who is a delightfully unconventional pirate with a streak of honor. There is something for everyone, including exciting sword fights, cannon blasts at sea, vengeful ghosts, lots of humor and treasure, and of course, romance. A great movie that the entire family will enjoy!
