This film is a delight. To be enjoyed by people of all ages.
Stands the test of time.
Excellant music, Jiminy is one of my favorite characters.
We all wish films were still made of this quality.

THE seller send me a burned copy from the computer of a DVD that doesn't work at all,i tried playing it on my computer and DVD player and no picture,it doesn't work at all,and the seller is playing games and wont return my money!!!will never buy from him again!!!!

I have a new appreciation for this movie since I discovered that Pinochhio is not really a little boy, but a TEENAGER! He goes through all the typical teenage crises: lying to get his own way, skipping school, seeking to live life for pleasure, and wanting to be a famous star (all 3 of my teenagers have gone through ALL these stages). He argues with his conscience (Jiminey Crickett) through all his crises. He doesn't become a "real boy" (man) until he does something selfLESS, risking his own life to save his own father. It is a BRILLIANT analogy of the journey of a teenager from childhood to adulthood! I recommend it for all families. I plan to show it to my grandchildren when they are young so I can draw analogies with them when they are going through these stages themselves. It will help them get perspective and understanding.

Even As Old As This Movie Is.... It still bears re-watching!

A must for any Disney Film fan, or for those families wanting a general all purpose film for family viewing with little ones.

I love this movie and I think it has such a great message to little kids. It's so cute and the voices are really really good in the movie! I highly recommend that everyone watches it!

This movie is a HIT for everyone young at heart! We absolutely LOVED it. It is a must have for anyone that loves kind hearted family movies. This should be in everyone's movie collection!!

This is not a good one to buy. Kids want to see it--but then turn it off before it is over. The somewhat sad characters work off of a contrived plot and they just don't go anywhere. Today's movies are so fast paced and overstimulating anyway, no wonder kids don't really enjoy this movie. It turns into a lecturing lesson with a lot of fingerwagging rather than something (pardon the pun) real that kids can relate to. To me it is not worth the money to purchase it.

This movie about a puppet that wants to be a real boy is a great movie for young kids. It teaches the moral of not lying (or else your nose will grow). It also shows what trouble can happen if you run away from your parents and how you parents really care, but have to set rules. And then there's Jimminee Cricket, his conscience. Also, there are some great songs.

Quality is not as good as the newly released version. Comparable to VHS. No previews, limited extra features. Case and cover not above average in clarity. Colors are also slightly dark.

I bought this in December but gave it to my son for his birthday a month later in January. It did not work and skipped and froze throughout the movie. It was NOT brand new like he said it was. I would not buy from this seller. He does not reply to questions or problems until it is too late.

This classic film is timeless and fun no matter how many times you've seen it...The cast and story are exciting and fresh even if you've seen the film over 100 times, as I have...The is a Must Have DVD for anyone’s collection!!!

My experience with this seller was that I bought what were supposed to be 2 unopened Disney DVDs only to receive 2 shrink-wrapped bootlegs in very convincing packaging. At closer inspection I saw the packaging contained typos. The DVDs played on screen with a camera icon that lasted through the opening credits then went away. The quality was pretty good but they started to skip halfway through. When I filed a complaint through paypal I was immediately given a complete refund by the seller. Later I received an email asking me to please remove my negative feedback - which I didn't. My advise: Inspect your merchandise VERY carefully!!!

I think that this story has a good message, and tons of biblical references (which is good). But I would never let my child watch this. It shows a lot of drinking and smoking amoung young children (and drinking references in the clock and watch), and I would not let my child watch drunk people and children doing these kinds of things and think it was OK. Just because it's an animation, does not by any means make it appropriate for children. Of course, society was different at that time, so I can accept that. Still, I would not own this movie after watching it. I bought it, collecting Disney movies, but sold it after watching it.

This is one of my favorite movie when I was a child. Now that I have kids of my own, I'd love to share it with them. Plus the movie has moral story to it. I'm just glad I found it on eBay, now my kids and I can enjoy the movie together. It's great to have along with your movie collections.

I have been looking everywhere for this dvd. It is my sons favorite movie and our's was scrathed and wouldn't play anymore. We were so excited to find this one on e-bay and very nervous about buying it because you never know if you will get an orginal or a copy. This one was a good one and it plays great and my son is very, very happy. I am very pleased with this product. It was exactly what was described. Love it!!!

Another Classic Disney movie the whole family enjoyed. I gave it an average rating because the kids have only wanted to watch it once. I think the actions of the evil puppetmaster, the minipulative pair of foxes, the angry whale, and the whole scene of kids turning into donkeys made the movie a little too dark. Everyone was relieved at the end that things worked out.

The picture is great, but I was expecting a used ORIGINAL DVD, not an illegal copy!!! Does Disney know about these?

It is nice to see a film for children that I am not afraid to leave the room during. This is a clean wholesome film with wonderful animation. The characters are vibrant and exciting and the children adore them. We also have great discussions about the characters and their personalities and the problems they face and how they solved them. Children always learn better with a discussion after the film!

Another must have for the Disney collector! Great movie about a puppet wanting to become a real boy. For being a puppet he gets quiet the adventure. Gotta love Disney!

Classic. I have always loved Pinocchio. Teaches a wonderful lesson to often forgotten in today's youth. Great part of any Disney collection.

Excellent movie for kids of all ages. I had it on vhs and decided to get it on dvd. It was east to navigate and play the picture quality was impecable. Disney has done an excellent job enhancing the color on this movie. I woul highly recommend this to anyone with kids to entertain.
