Ping Tour Black Chrome Nickel Wedge Golf Club

I had a collection of MB wedes,sold them off and upgraded to this in a 58*. A very nice feeling wedge that works well from rough, sand and pretty much anywhere from 110yrds in, well for me anyway. A game improving club that probably saved me a couple of shots a round. One dissapointment, the paint chips off although it didnt lose the black finish. I don't like crappy looking beaten clubs in my bad so i'm looking to trade it off. A great price here on Ebay, 40-50% cheaper than retail. Another great wedge from Ping, in my opinion the leader irons by far.

Ping always makes really good products with nice fit and finish. The club looks great and has a nice address but does not perform as well as other wedges I have used. Vokey and Cleveland wedges perform much better and give a lot more feedback. However if you are looking for a club with vibration dampening and don't really care about backspin on a wedge this will probably work well for you.

Fabulous performance from 125 yards and in. Wonderul spin. Hit and check stopping ability. Good as a chipping club. Great out of Bermuda and gnarly rough.
Oh, and by the way, the previous reviewer shouldn't knock the PING product because they enforced their manufacturer's pricing which is their right. PING supports the armed forces and in fact is one of the few Made in the US manufacturers. Please don't use actual review platforms for your personal dissatisfaction over pricing guidelines.

This is a sound, responsive wedge. Ping led in R&D in the 80s. in wedge inovation. The result is a user fiendly club.The no glare finish DOES NOT ware off over time. An average player can easily get results that will lower they're handicap. A bad day of golf is better then a good day at work.

i like it alot. i got it to try to improve my short game. it was worth the money.
still need pratice with it but getting there. the club looks and feels great.
i would tell other people who would be indrested in one to try it.

Hubby wanted one and after giving it to him and using it myself in our next 2 rounds of golf it is a really great club. Used it both out of ye ole sand pits and for near green chip shots. great head weight!

I really like the product that i purchased. I have the 52*and the 56*. It is really playable and still lets to put wanted spin on the ball.

I can not rate the club because I have not had an opportunity to use it, I recently had surgery and have not used it yet. I can say I like the feel and balance and is what I expected from a physical perspective. It could use some better grips.

The bounce is just the right size and shape such that it is effective without being obtrusive. The weighting of the club fits my beginning/amateur skills very nicely.

Very easy to control wedge, on the light side. Suits those who control the wedge shots with their body/rotation, not those who need a heavy wedge to generate extra spin.

Great Club! I have a 52 which I use as a Gap as well as for long running chips. Great Feel and looks!!! Highly recomended

I've purchased several Golf clubs on Ebay over the years and was
expecting more of the same. But this seller really surprised me.
He actually sold a club as good or better then it was discribed.
That is not the norm I'm afraid. But I'm really happy with the
club and look forward to other purchases from him. I purchaesd this
club because I wasn't sure if I wanted a 56 degree wedge and didn't
want to spend a lot of money to find out the answer. But it was a great
purchase like I stated.
