Ping S57 Irons - Workability and Forgiveness

I have played a number of different Ping Irons over the past 10 years (I3, I5, G5, S57) and found the S-57's to be a step above all of them. They have the feel, looks and action of a high-end player's blade with a solid feel at impact. I would rate the amount of forgiveness (ie straight ball flight on off center mishits) at medium. They produce somewhat of a lower ball flight than the I5/G5's but a shade higher flight than the S-57's I played for years. The brushed metal of the club head keeps it's luster and keeps the clubs looking newer longer, unlike other polished irons with their shiny new appearance. All in all, I would highly recommend these irons to any mid to low handicapper looking for a quality set that will satisfy you for many many years to come.
