Ping Rapture V2 Iron set Golf Club

When I first bought the clubs I was having a hard time playing up to my standards. Once I had played a few rounds with them and got used to them I could not be happier. The wide sole of the club helps you to get it up in the air (really high) and the weight distribution helps to make them more forgiving. You will notice about a 10yard addition to distance with these clubs and the grips feel great. I could not be happier with the Ping Rapture V2 Irons that I now own. It is important to get fitted for your Ping clubs. You can go to a Ping retailer or go online and do it yourself. I was lucky, I am standard with both lie and grip. However, if you get the wrong color dot (lie angle) or even grip size it can make your Ping experience a bad one. They are great clubs and once you get accustom to them they WILL lower your score.

I bought these irons used from a seller in Florida.
Appears to have been used for a year or so.
The clubs did not have any cosmetic issues and played
very well for the three rounds that I played with them.
Price paid was about a third of the new set still in
pro shops. I hope to keep these for a long time.
Last Ping set I used for 17 years was BeCu Ping-Eye-Two
irons and they were the best at the time. I still use
the Lop and Sand BeCu with square grooves. I was able to
buy these at Ebay also. They are like new and I just love
these. Ping makes the best clubs for me. Thanks Ebay for
saving me some serious money!

These clubs are exactly as described in the listing. I had been wanting a pair for quite a while lucky to find them new at such a discounted price. It was the price that I wanted to pay.

Beware of cheap Chinese made replica golf clubs. Cosmetically the irons appear authentic but on closer inspection they are manufactured with inexpensive materials that dramatically alter their performance.

I WAS USING PING EYE 2, THEY SEEM TO GO SAME DISTANCE A LITTLE LOFTIER. WEDGES WILL NEED A LOT OF PRACTICE AS THE HEADS ARE SO DIFFERENT.

The v2 rapture is one of the easiest clubs to hit and is very forgiving even on miss hits. Excellent feel and a little more distance than my g2 Ping irons. I would highly recommend this club to anyone.

Nice look and feel, great feedback on contact. real straight and long hitting. Only negative would have to be the price.
