Ping ISI Beryllium Copper Iron set Golf Club

These irons are beautiful and the copper heads have a nice patina. The shafts are steel, but the feel is very similar to my last set of Pings, which were graphite. The grooves must be square, because I do get more action (backspin)than my i3 irons, particularly on approach shots from 125 yards in. I've been using them about two months and have not seen any abnormal wear, which was a concern with the copper. So far, I have been very happy with the purchase and would recommend you try a set.

These are some classic clubs. They are some of the best Pings irons ever made if you like to shape the ball. I currently play my Ping Raptures and they are by far the easiest Pings I have ever played, but the Ping ISI Beryllium Copper irons are right up there. I like to take these Ping ISI Beryllium Copper irons out to the course every once in a while and play a round with them. Everyone wants to take a swing with them. They really attract a lot of attention. These irons were manufactures by Ping back in 1996 and were ahead of their time. Ping made these in three materials, Beryllium Copper, Stainless Steel and Beryllium Nickel. I have hit all three clubs and the Copper are by far the best, hands down.

Club Head Material: Beryllium Copper

I love these clubs. I chose the Black dot for standard lie angle. They are used clubs (of course), but well maintained and clean. As long as you don't swing too hard (as we all know) these clubs put the ball where you want it. The softer metal seems to dampen the impact at contact and it feela as though I have a little more control of the ball. I used to play with the original Black dot steel cavity back Pings (35+ years old or so) and loved them too. I own a set of Tony Penna's which just sit because Ping won me over when I started playing with my grandfather over thirty years ago. The Ping ISI BECU clubs are a great conversation piece as well. Many set available on Ebay. Just wait for your set to be listed! I was even able to find a matching Lob Wedge to go with the set (also on Ebay)!

Distinct Ping look which gives you confidence at set up/ ball address. Hits straight yet workable play characteristics and softer feel with hits and mis hits.
Excellent clubs for beginners or better players alike. I will need to replace the original grips of course, but otherwise very happy and satisfied with Items.

As with Ping ISI iron, you get a nice high ball flight. The fell is alot softer with the coppers..I also like the other golfers staring at your bag...especially hen you hit a wedge shot well inside theirs!!

My first time , so far good experience with this seller everything went smooth. Irons well pack, shiping on time, good timing, great conditions and teh price was almost fair to the conditions. I do expect to see more products from this supplier in the near future, drivers and golf balls atc...

I've been looking for a set of ISI's for years. They are great. The price was fair and I'm glad to have founf them.

For prompt transaction, USPS cost & long delivery outside USA, it is my opinion you may want to consider FEDEX/UPS (they are cheaper & faster)? I have to travel >50 miles today from home to collecy item (close to a month ) as compare to FEDEX/UPS faster delivery period direct to my home.
I could understand today, why you had the items photographed ONLY FROM THE BACK(NOT the face) as the received items was not properly cleaned..it still have debris,such as grass & muds, on it.
It really was alright with me & country's Custom but if you have to shipped to a country who are VERY VERY strict with imported items( that may possibly affect their agricultural produce), buyer may:
1) Have items quarantined to ensure debris does not contaminate their country.
2) Custom may insist you personally clean items to their satisfation before they allow buyer to collect...Country's custom can really be 'nasty' if they want. F.Y.In4, my golf shoe was CONFISCATED IN THIS COUNTRY when I went to play golf..and have to buy a new set$$$.
All IN all, I am quiet satisfied with seller & do hope he can improvise for his future transaction outside USA>

The ISI irons by Ping are by far the easiest to line up clubs that ping has ever offered. They are very square looking clubs and are very easy to point and shoot at your target. The weighting in the head gets good ball flight with minimal effort. The BeCu heads are very soft and feel Great when hitting shots. This is one of Ping's all time BEST Clubs. The combination of the BeCu head and the ease of alignment make these my all time favorite set of Ping Irons.

I won these irons paid for them within an hour and these people got me the set within a week and they even paid more than they charged me. I got exactly what I expected. I played 31 holes today and played well and donot need to change anything with the set (not even the grips). I am pleased.

Shafts are outdated but will replace with new tech shaft and try.

THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS GREAT, THE CLUBS ARE EXCELLENT SHAPE, HOWEVER THE INDIVIDUAL I PURCHASED THEM FROM IS ANOTHER ISSUE, AFTER I PAID FOR THEM WHICH WAS IMMEDIATLEY I ASKED FOR A SHIPPING DATE AND A TRACKING NUMBER, I DID NOT HEAR FROM THIS SELLER UNTIL ALMOST A WEEK LATER, AFTER SENDING MANY EMAILS I THEN WENT IN TO THE PART OF EBAY TO GET HIS PERSONAL INFORMATION, I GOT HIS PHONE NUMBER THAT HE HAD REGESTERED ON EBAY JUST TO FIND OUT IT WAS A NON WORKING NUMBER, THEN THE RED FLAGS STARTED TO ENTER MY MIND, I FINALLY RUN DOWN HIS HOME PHONE NUMBER AND CONTACTED HIM AT HOME, HE TOLD ME HE HAD JUST DROPPED THEM OFF AT THE AIRPORT AND GAVE MY A TRACKING NUMBER, I CALLED FED EX AND THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY SUCH TRACKING NUMBER, I CALLED HIM BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AND HE SAID HE HAD THEN SHIPPED SHIPPED THEM 1 DAY DILIVERY AND GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER, FINALLY IT WAS THE CORRECT INFORMATION AND I RECIEVED THE CLUBS THE NEXT DAY. IT TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO GET MY GOLF CLUBS AND THIS INDIDVIDUAL HAD THE NERVE TO PUT ON MY FEED BAACK THAT I CALLED HIS WIFE, I CALLED HIS HOUSE BECAUSE HE HAD ALMOST 500.00 OF MY MONEY , I WAS NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE, SO WHAT WAS I SUPPOSE TO DO, I TOLD HIM HE CREATED THE SITUATION NOT ME, ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS TO DO THE RIGHT THING BUT HE DID NOT.
