Golf clubs were advertized as "Ping Black Dot Clubs" They were Cat eye clubs, which are an older set. If I had had this information, I would not have bought them. The set was delivered as promised, but delayed because seller did not accept Pay Pal.

I bought mine in a pawn shop. I didn't really expect much from them but they are amazing. Right away I am hitting tighter and longer. At least 4 shots of the front and 6 on the back. Simply marvelous you must get the real thing and buy the eye.

I finally got a chance to take the clubs out. Now granted, I'm by no means a professional, in fact I probably couldn't even tell the difference between clubs, but they feel good and the who experience was great. Quick responses to my emails and the clubs were shipped out the day after I paid for them. I would recommend this seller to anyone.

The clubs are similar to a blade iorn. The club face is smaller than most average irons. They will be short on most approaches so use one up from what you think will make it. Play them slightly up in you stance to get the best result. I still need more practice to really get the fill of them. I'm not disapointed but, I'm not overly impressed either. Overall the clubs have a blade fill & a good look.

I have been in the golf business for 23 years and have seen a lot of clubs come and go. I can not tell you how many times I have heard some one say I wish I never sold my Pings. These are an older set of Ping Eye clubs, the model just before the Ping Eye 2s. I think they are still a great set of clubs. They have a classic cavity back design and offer all the forgivess of most clubs today. There is nothing wrong with playing an old set if they match your game and you can have confidence in them. For a Ping collector this was a somewhat rare find. Not so much for the clubs themselves but for the price in which I obtaines them. The classic Ping Eye was another step in the historic evolution of Karsten Manufacturings explosion into the golf world and the cavity back iron that has now become the norm. Great club that is timeless in it's playability.

I have taken up golf and while I generally like to have quality everything, I didn't necessarily want to fork out big bucks for a top of the line set of irons at this stage of my game. Instead I opted for a quality set of used irons which suit my needs perfectly.

May be the best Ping irons I've played.Over the years I have played used a set of Ping Eye 2 plus for 10 years and also played Karsten I, Ping Zings, and a set of Ping Eye 2 Copper. The Karsten Is, I used for 4 or 5 years and hit them well but sold them for my inability to control the distance and difficulty in working the ball. I enjoyed the Ping Eye 2 but always had trouble with the five iron. So far I've played two rounds with these clubs and like everything abput them. The grips are probably 1/16th larger than my normal grips but feel great. The irons themselves are in wonderful condition and play like new. It was a remarkable price for these clubs.
