Ping Anser 2 Putter Golf Club

This has been used by Greg Norman and even Tiger Woods won one of his US Amatuer titles with it. My personal favorite.

This IS one of the greatest putters ever made, and in my opinion is the best. The Anser 2 putter is the most copied putter in the world. Instead of buying a $250 - $300 Cameron look for the Anser 2. Tiger used it as an amature and would probably still be using it if didn't like all the money he was making from using a Cameron. If you have never used an Anser 2 get one and prepare to be amazed.

I have been using this putter for about 4 years.. Let me tell you, this is the best putter around. The weight is equally distributed and it helps to keep your putts online.. I think this putter saves me about 5 strokes each time I play.

I purchased this putter about 3 weeks ago and it was everything the seller described it was. He described it had a worn grip, which I replaced. The putter has improved my putting tremendously.

This majestic club putts like a dream. You have incredible feel and touch over your stroke. If you don't know what that means, you will when you use this putter. It is lightweight, easy to line up, and offers a nice, smooth stroke. I play golf, and also enjoy mini-golf. I'm considering purchasing a second one for mini-golf–it's that good! Unless you can afford a top-of-the-line putter, that will set you back $200 or $300, this is THE putter to buy.

just make sure of the quality, as some sellers like to use stock photos to avoid the actual condition of the item they sell.

the one I bought actually had engraving on the bottom (saying "RENTAL")
that WAS NOT shown in the auction.

but it is a great product so I will still cherish it even though it was mis-represnted by the seller.

I like this putter for clean head. It's a very good shape for that model. But the shaft is not a original and I have to change it.

I have a very busy schedule and my wife needed me to purchase, "hopefully at a reasonable price," a left handed golf club putter for her father. He had just retired and was trying his hand at golfing. I found a putter easily on e-bay and with a vendor that gave very good identification on a Ping Anser 2 putter. Even thought it was used, it was in very good condition and from my research on the club manufacture a very desirable club. The vendor had a excellent rating for selling a buying on e-bay. The pictures of the Ping club and shipping instructions were easy to see and understand, so I placed a bid. In several days of bidding I was able to win and received in very short order a good quality ping golf club for a gift to my father-in-law from my wife and I. I feel I received a great bargan using e-bay to purchase a top quality golf club, by a well respected manufacturer and vendor.

I know several people who have this putter, or Ping putters like this one, and really like them. So I chose to bid on this item. I hope I will be satisfied.

I purchased this at a local store back in (2001?)for $50. While I was a pretty good putter before then, I am now significantly better than average. My handicap dropped since its purchase from 12 to 7 and the putter is the main reason. I play 18 holes a weekend and 9 holes on Thursday nights. The Ping Answer 2 putter is the best putter I have ever put in my hands and no other putter will take it's place.

This is a very nice putter for the price. Great seller. Will buy again. SUPER. I hope this seller has more items like this putter coming up for sale. I have not seen an anser 2 in this condition for such a good price. I am collecting ping putters and buying them at low prices like this allows me to buy even more. I am actually using this putter. disappointed that shaft had hole drilled thru and a bolt installed.did not expect this! otherwise club as described.

The putter was used, but in excellent shape. It was clean, with a good grip. The price and the shipping were very reasonable. The seller was very responsive and shipped the item out immediately after receiving payment.

As advertised----good seller. I really love the putter, just like new if not truly new. Would trust this seller again.

They stopped making the copper putter, irons, and wedges. I needed to buy one now before the value of copper putters goes through the roof. The poor bastard only received 85 bucks for the one I bought. Clearly worth at least 125 dollars. Serves him right, charging 15 dollars to ship one fricken club. As soon as I receive the product the seller will receive a negative feedback for the high shipping charges. It would have been alright if he would have sent the club 2 or 3 day select but he decided to save a few bucks for himself. So all you sellers that charge a high shipping price beware because I will hit you with a negative feedback every time and hopefully other buyers will as well. I stopped putting with the BeCu's a while back. I use the nothing but Cameron's. Cameron's have a sweet feel and touch. Weighted very well. Nice sound as well. You cheap bastards should buy and putt with a Cameron. If you are going to play how about showing up with some nice name brand clubs. You cheap people give the game of golf a very bad name. Showing up with clubs bought at Kmart or Walmart......what is the matter with you people. Putting with 19 dollars putters bought at Big Lots just does not cut it. Why do you not just buy an Ping Anser for around 20 bucks on Ebay? Just look up the buyer named combac on ebay. He is my brother in law. He has a set of woods and a putter and driver from Walmart or Kmart or Target. Then he wonders why I always whip his butt and he wonders why his clubs does not perform like my Titleist. He is cheap but when it comes to buying toys for himself like guns and things he will buy those instead of buying quality stuff for his family. One time his daughter stepped on a thorn or something. Went in pretty deep too. Tried to remove it himself. I would have too. But he knew he could not get the whole thorn out. So instead of taking her to the doctors he decided to save a few bucks by not taking her to the doctors. Well, the foot became infected and the poor girl was in pain for a few days then they decided to take her the doctors....by the way he is a MALE NURSE!!!! With no friends!!!! And Cheap!!!! And he wonders why he does not have any friends!!!! What a loser!!! He built some mini soap box cars for his son and daughter for a school project. Now keep in mind that they are in elementary school. Well, he went on the web and read how to build the perfect mini soap box cars. So he builds two for the contest entirely by himself. Keep in mind he competed against 1st and 3rd graders now. So his kids go to school and enters the cars. Now they had nothing to with the building of cars...but they were suppose to have. Anyway, his two kids came home with 1st and 2nd place trophies. Now, combac is all excited. I come down to visit and he goes on and on about the cars. How he built them by going on web and all. The trophies.....anyway, I WANTED TO TELL HIM SO BAD THAT HE COMPETED WITH 1ST AND 3RD GRADERS!!!! YOU ARE FRICKEN 40 YEARS OLD!!! THIS IS WHY YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY FRIENDS!!!! But my wife keep reminding me that the loser is her sister's husband and that I must be nice to him. LOOK HIM UP...COMBAC.

I was in the market for a new putter saw this one. The seller shipped it right away and the item was exactly as described in the listing. Packing was done with great care. I would definitely use this seller again.

I like the weight and length. Because it was similair to my Teardrop putter.
I don;t like the single mark in the center of the putter. Ilike the double mark each side of center.

Quality was not what I expected. I bought it because pictures looked outstanding but I am disapointed with it.

I love this putter. With authentic Ping grip at 34", it is perfect for me. I do not know what it is, but keeping a smooth stroke became much easier with this Ping Anser 2. It is especially true with putt of 6' or less: I don't miss them like I used to.
