Pillsbury Bake-Off Winners by C.A. Pillsbury and Company (2007, Paperback)

Pillsbury has put out quite a few cookbooks on their bake-off's....mostly the ones we get in the supermarket check-out stands, but some larger ones that have covered different years or many years in their famous bake-off contest. This is one for Pillsbury's 42nd bake-off. One hundred hopeful cooks and one grand prize of one million dollars! The grand prize winner was Anna Ginsberg from Austin, Texas who made a million dollar Baked Chicken and Spinach Stuffing. The book not only captures the whole excitement of the 42nd event with plenty of pictures, but you also get those top 100 recipes in this book to try at home.

I loved just about every page. The recipes are beautifully illustrated. The ingredients are easily found in every grocery store and some convienent stores.
Even my children 11 and 12 can follow the directions and make a great impression on their Mother!!!
