
Great Pilates Book for Pregnant Women!

The Pilates Pregnancy book is wonderful! I am so thankful for it! I am a retired ballet dancer & also do pilates. When I got pregnant, I knew I could continue doing ballet, but I thought that I could not do most of the pilates excerises for some reason. So I began feeling extremely tight because I stopped doing pilates in between my ballet classes. This book saved me! It shows you what you can do in each trimester, & there are a ton of excercises! I knew how to do a majority of the excercises already, but if you don't, the descriptions & pictures that go along with them are very clear & easy to understand. The few I did not know how to do, I was able to pick up quickly because they explained them so well. Excerising during pregnancy really helps a lot (& also helps with delivery), so I would recommend this book to anyone who's looking for ways to stay in shape while pregnant! Pilates stretches your muscles easily, while continuing to build strength. It is a very low-impact excercise routine that leaves you feeling relaxed, strengthened & rejuvinated! An excellent buy!
