
Pilates Workout for Dummies VHS
Love this video! Great basic instructions for those new to Pilates, with clear descriptions of how to hold and move your body. Exercises are simple and easy to do. I found just doing the first six gave me great results with posture, strength, and ease of movement. Highly recommended!
In the past I bought Pilates Weight-Loss Workout for Dummies, which did not work well for me. There were no basic instructions at all, and exercises were much too hard for me. It may be fine for you, though, especially if you've done Pilates for awhile. If you're new to Pilates, get the above video, Pilates Workout for Dummies. Enjoy!
