I bought this book as sort of a 'guide' for my art deco reverse painted frame collection. It showcases lots of great frames from the 1920s to the 1940s and displays different types and sizes of these amazing period frames. It also dates the frames and gives the reader suggestions on how to clean and repair them. I bought the paperback version, which i believe is the same as the hardcover but a little cheaper! =)
