Its Not Just For Children Like Their Saying, I Am 38 Years Old And I Read This Book Every Nite, And When I get To the End I Start Over ogain, And The Stories never get old. This Book Is Very inspiring, If I Did Not Have This Book In My Life right Now I Don't Know What I Would Do.

I had one as a child and wanted my children to enjoy the stories as well. They find the stories interesting and love the comic book style. The stories of the Bible come to life with the easy to read and understand way the book was written. They look forward to the next story every night.

Great for not only children but for adults too.This book is a great intro to the bible for children but is also a great overview of the bible for adults who want to but the bible into prospective without doing any kind of deep bible study. Great for new Christians.

This Bible is so incredible because it tells all of the major stories in the form of "Prince Valiant" type cartoons. For those who have never read the Bible, this is a wonderful introduction to the wonders within its depths. For those wanting to share it with children, it is a great avenue. For those wanting to refresh a bit in a light way that will, perhaps, shed a different light on an old story, this could be the answer for which you are searching. I highly recommend this book.

I love it!! I wish I would have had it when my kids were little. I always think the bible is written in another language, and thus avoid it. But this book has allowed me to read it in a very enjoyable way. The pictures are marvelous and it really is enjoyable to get visuals with the words. I would highly recommend this for a first communion or baptism gift for children too. I bought it for myself...even though I am a slow reader I am almost done with it as I find I don't want to put it down!

The Picture Bible by Iva HolthI love this little bible, and have purchased many over the years. It is a good bible for the children, and really good for new christians that aren't too much into reading. The cartoon illistration really helps people that think understanding the word is hard.

I didn't expect to find this same wonderfully comic written book of the Bible after 25 years, but I did! My dad read it to us kids and it held our attention really good because of the way it's written, just like a comic book. So I was thrilled when I found it for my kids, and they really do enjoy my reading it to them. Your kids are sure to love it also.

Seeing God's Word. Great Bible! A must have!Outstanding Bible! Reads like a comic book. Peaks curiousity in the Word. Great for kids 5-11. My kids love it. Geared toward getting kids involved in wanting to read the Bible, and it does just that. My kids want to read it. Great for building foundation of the Bible and getting your kids to familiarize themselves with the characters (heroes and heroines). I recommend this strongly. Infact i have bought it for other kids as well as my own. Great Bible! Do not let your kids miss out on this great opportunity to see God's Word.
