Very disappointed with the book.
Purchased book expecting fresh new ideas. At the beginning of book, author mentions that his ideas will "not get you slapped" but a lot of the suggested openers in this book will not only get you slapped but knocked in the head w/ a bar stool and have a pitcher of beer poured on you.
Please save your money and look at other books instead.
