Not only were they EXTREMELY SLOW in letting me know that they ran out of merchandise that they took my money for, they were also slow in issuing the refund for the merchandise. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM, YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE THE ITEM AND TAKE BUYER'S MONEY FROM THEM. That is FALSE advertising, and it is theft.

I bought this textbook for my Health Assessment class in Nursing school. It's detailed and written well. I haven't gotten too in depth, but so far it seems like a well put together textbook. I've used a lot of crapy books for school, but this one was worth purchasing. It contains a lot of useful pictures and a CD.

I really like this book. The international version is exactly the same as the "regular" one, except IT IS SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE! I couldn't be happier with the quality and the price!. I would recommend this to any and all students that don't wont to go in debt because of text books!

This is a great textbook. It gives very detailed descriptions of the physical examination technique with pictures detailing abnormal findings. It also gives information on obtaining a detailed heath history, as well as, obtaining a mental health and domestic violence history. The textbook gives pediatric and geriatric considerations. I learned a lot with this book.
