As always Scott Kelby does an awesome job explaining how to do anything in PSElements. Personally I think he does a better job then anyone in the industry for those of us who do photo editing as a hobby rather then as an occupation.
I wish I had the money and fortitude to attend one of his seminars!
Kelby does an awesome job addressing the different nuances of PSE 3.0 including the organizer. I haven't found a better book to explain the how's and the why's of this critical tool.
Adobe does a good job making the product, S Kelby does an awesome job explaining how to use the Adobe product.

I AM INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE ABOUT PROGRAMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOING VARIOUS THINGS ON MY COMPUTER. A BOOK ON ELEMENT 3 IS CHEAPER THAN A BOOK ON THE CURRENT ELEMENTS PROGRAM. SO I CAN GET AN IDEA ABOUT WHAT IT CAN DO BY LOOKING AT EARLIER VERSIONS.
