I bought this as I needed some info on the capabilities and operation of CS2. I found it very complicated and not at all easy to follow. I have since bought Photoshop CS2 All-in-One Desk Reference For Dummies. It seems much easier to gain some insite into the program with this book. I needed a book for primary level learning and this fits the bill. The Peter Bauer book is more a college level text.

A Good crash course for Photoshop CS2

If you need to learn Photoshop CS2 in a short period of time and you are not a graphis expert, this is a good way to go. The Text is easy to understand and no there are no preconcevied expectations of prior knowledge. Also serves a a good ongoing reference aid.

I THINK ALL THE "FOR DUMMIES" BOOKS ARE PRETTY WELL DONE. THEY USE HUMOR TO HOLD YOUR ATTENTION. THIS BOOK IS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR BEGINNERS I THINK. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS AWHILE

I buy from ebay becuse of its cpnvenience in every way: Low price, fast delivery in most cases, and I don't like to malls. Also, I don,t like driving to stores on my time off. It takes me 80% less time to shop on line.
