Phlebotomy Handbook by Diana Garza, Kathleen Becan-McBride (2004, Package)

Diana Garza's PHLEBOTOMY HANDBOOK: BLOOD COLLECTION ESSENTIALS is much, much detailed compared to other books of the same subject ever tackled. But of course, this is just my opinion. This book takes up and updates where the others (including actual courses) left off. And for anyone who's new in Phlebotomy, this is a good start in understanding this career and what to expect from it. The software that came with this book is actually a test reviewer where likely licensure exam questions may be included. Ran by Flash Player, it's also a boon to try the various chapter topic questions to best prepare the student for the final test. Overall, a very important must-have to anyone interested in clinical & analytic work.

The book was great and so was the price. I needed the book for a test. I was satisfied with those things but not the person I brought it from. She was very slow on the shipping and when I asked about it she told me it was sent priority mail. I still didnt receive it for another week. When I did finally receive it, it was not sent priority mail. When I asked her to check on it or give me my money back, she just said here is the tracking # and left it alone. From the time I paid for it and the time I received it, it was about 3 to 3 1/2 weeks. She was also rude in my opinion. I have brought other things on e-bay and been very happy. I will continue to buy things on ebay but not from this seller.

The book was great and helped alot and arrived right on time when the seller promised so that helped alot. I was thrilled that the book was in such good shape and still had the disc and pull out phamplet that has helped alot in the identfing of the tubes.
