My office cube mates and I chipped in to buy one of these Senseo machines and it was a wise, wise choice. Instead of paying $3.00 for a starbucks, we now have easy to make pods. The coffee is outstanding and even a little frothy. Great purchase and in the first week we have pumped out 50+ cups!

I LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER. I have tried others, but this one is GREAT!! I would buy another one if something were to happen to this one. It makes the perfect cup of coffee. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT !!!

We are serious coffee drinkers. My wife uses Rico Rico Espresso coffee in our home coffee maker in the morning to make the rocket fuel blend. My wife needed something she could tote around to Real Estate open houses and after looking around for something that would be fairly easy, not to messy and made a decent cup of coffee we settled on the Senseo model. It is pretty much a one cup coffee maker.

Now it doesn't make rocket fuel as it works on the pod system, which added to the cleanliness issue, but you should use the Senseo Pods they seem to make a better coffee in this machine. The coffee is good and the machine is working fine for us. There are other models from Melitta and others which we tried but settled on the Senseo. There are also some super deluxe models at a heftier price but we opted to go for a good, reliable, affordable unit and this Senseo is just that.

Coffee maker is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! Used this product at a family members house over Christmas and had to get one and Ebay lead me to a top notch SELLER!!!!

This was purchased as a replacment for one that stopped working. I like the variety of coffe you can have.

The product delivers exactly what was stated. Agood cup of coffee, and the ability to make a variety of coffee's.

Some have said this machine only makes strong coffee. Some say it Makes Weak Coffee. Not true. I love it strong so I use 2 Dark Roast Pods in the double pod holder and make a double cup (the button on the right makes an 8 oz cup)
It is really strong. I Love it.
My wife however likes weak coffee.
So I use the Single Pod holder with 1 medium pod and I again use the button on the right for an 8 oz cup.
The Manual does not spell out that you can use a single pod on a double cup brew cycle. That does not mean you can't do it, Senseo just didn't figure that anyone would want to.
Now Senseo Has Put a Brewing Table on some of the Pod Bags to illustrate this.

That is the great thing about the senseo.
If I have a party, come dessert time;
I can have my paint stripper Stronger than Strong coffee.
My wife can have her wimp coffee.
My Step-mom can have her Decaf coffee.
I can whip up a Cappuccino for the brother in law.

Coffee making is simple. Press the ON button in the middle, go grab your coffee pods and load them in the single pod holder or double pod holder. Fill the Reservoir with water. Press the single 4 oz serving or the double 8 oz serving. Boom coffee is done.

6 Months of use still Brewing Strong. Bought a second one for Work 4 Months ago.
Noticed that Powdered Creamer & CoffeMate will make the Foam nearly disappear, half & half works best to preserve the Froth. Also, I bought the Tea Pod Holder, which we are loving as well. I found here on ebay the Presso Pod Holder which is currently only available overseas and the Espresso is Pretty Good too.

I can't wait for More Varieties to hit the States, especially the Extra Dark, Sydney & Rio de Janeiro. All of which I currently buy here on ebay from overseas.

This coffe maker is easy to use and very simple . The coffee taste great as if you had it made at your local cafe, but it is in your own home. It is one of the best purchases I've made from e-bay. My husband enjoys this coffee maker so much he even makes his own coffee now. I would encourage anyone looking for a new coffee maker to buy this machine for it's easy of use and great tasting coffee!

I love this coffee pot. We bought one when they first came out because my husband and I can't agree on what kind of coffee we like. The Senseo provides a completely fresh cup of coffee each time you want one and, at the touch of a button, makes it quickly, tastes good and allows each of us to have the coffee we prefer. I also really like the froth that it produces - makes you feel like you're having a cup of coffee from an expensive coffee bar.

Because the pod flavors by senseo are a rather limited, we also purchased one of the inserts that allows one to use regular coffee rather than pod coffee so you can expand the flavors to brew.

I liked this coffee pot so much that I bought another one for work and one for the barn so I can have coffee while working with my horses.

After several years, the coffee pot in the kitchen started malfunctioning so we purchased another one and we waited in desperation until it arrived...having been so spoiled that neither of us wanted to resort to using our regular coffee pot for 'regular' coffee.

I looked for the perfect cup of coffee for a long time. Tried several drip makers, espresso makers, even some odd and unusual coffee makers. None really satisfied me. I wanted something quick, something simple and something reasonably priced that would produce a satisfying cup of coffee. Upon discovering the 'pod" coffee maker I tried a couple other brands first and quickly discovered they were ok, but didn't deliver that "right" cup. I read of the Senseo and decided to try it. Classic case of love at first sight. The payoff is the coffee. Excellent flavor with that crema foam Senseo is famous for. I had to experiment with various coffee flavors, sweeteners and creamers, but now can make a fantastic cup in less than a minute. I've purchased 6 or 7 of these coffee makers for others as gifts and so far no one has complained. Great coffee maker...

Just got one of these machines here on Ebay for a great price. I like others am a review nut, at least reading them. There were so many positives, and a lot of negatives, not too many in between. I said, for this price I gotta do it. I am NOT a coffee snob at all. I grew up and drank supermarket brand instant for 15 years. I want coffee in the morning because it is hot, and it has 65mg + of caffeine. My recent single cup brewer recently broke, so I needed something fast. Onto the review

Timing: From pressing button to heat water, to ready to drink coffee is 90 seconds or so. That was THE BIGGEST reason I bought the machine. Want a quick fix, this machine is for you.

End results: Most reviews said that the Senseo coffee is not the best, and for the most part I agree. But that being said, I was an instant coffee drinker and it was good enough for me.

Price of pods: I recently purchased the Eco Pad from Ebay (yet to receive them) so I can not offer my review on those. What I did do is purchase Folgers Pods, classic and decaf and with some creamer and sweetener (Splenda) I loved it. I dont give a damn about Euro style coffee, crema shmema, self griding beans BLECK. Barista whatever. THe machine makes a tasty cup of coffee for a nice tasting caffeine fix, it looks mint and for the price I paid. Worth every penny. I will be researching buying pods in bulk for savings and hope that works well.

I paid $26 shipped, so if you can find a deal like that, and do not like the machine, no big loss. I reccomend trying a different Pod then the provided ones before final judgement.

I love having FRESH coffee any time I want it. I just bought one for my Sister and she loves it too. It is easy to use, clean and the coffee tastes great. Just bought my third one. Still love it......Great Gifts!!!

I got the Senseo machine for my office. The idea was -- instant, high-quality coffee on demand in a small space. The Senseo fits the bill very nicely.

First, 5 "cups"?! Hardly! Certainly not the 8-oz. cups I'm used to. A "cup" is like a double-shot espresso -- about half a regular cup of coffee. In fact, the traditional American coffee mug will take 2 "cups".

Now the good news. It has a 2-cup setting (although can overflow some mugs. Watch out for that. And, as soon as it's done with those 2 cups, you can pop out the pods and pump out another 2-cups. Water's low? Easy to refill. I keep a Brita pitcher right next to it (not just for coffee, but it's conveniently located for that nonetheless. So, even is 5 "cups" is really 2.5 cups, you can easily exceed that by refilling the water.

The pods can run up the price on your coffee pretty quickly. A number of companies have come out with "fill your own" pod replacements. Ecopad is one. But I typically see the Euro style on eBay -- hard to find the brown American ones. The downside of those is that they require the 2-cup tray for a 1-cup serving. That's mitigated by the fact that you can run the 1-cup serving twice, back-to-back to get your bargain Senseo coffee.

Okay, how 'bout the coffee? It's good. It's an expresso/Turkish ground, and water is pumped through it (a la espresso). So, not surprisingly, it tastes like espresso. I like it.

The Senseo is very easy to use. I've been making my own espresso drinks for years, but the Senseo is dirt-simple. Press the power button to warm it up. If you're busy like me, set a time to go back and make your coffee after about a minute or two. Put 1 or 2 pods in the appropriate tray. Push the top down -- nice easily recognizable click indicates it's closed properly. Push the button for the appropriate number of "cups" (1 or 2). Come back in about a minute and you have your coffee. Some say to run plain water once to allow the heating element to come up to full temp for a properly hot cup of coffee. I'm a little heat sensitive, so I like it as it is the first time.

I probably wouldn't have spent full retail for the Senseo (unless my circumstances changed somewhat dramatically), but I think it's a great value for the prices I see on eBay.

I chose the wrong maker to review. Sorry! The single cup pod Senseo is what we purchased and it is nice for single folks or light coffee indulgers. You can get 3-4 single cups or two double cups from one pod. The pods cost about four dollars and come in a variety of flavors.

I love the taste and appearance of the coffee from this machine. It's just like Starbucks! and I love how the machine is small and streamlined, and how simple it is to brew and to clean. I love it! there isn't one thing that I don't like about it!

The product was good. The seller was terrible. I reported the seller for cussing me and calling me names because I gave them a neg feedback.Then the seller gave me a very unfair retaliation feedback. They lied and said that I took two weeks to pay. This was a total lie. I paid immediately. Obviously nothing has been accomplished by me contacting e-bay about this problem. If I ever have another experience like this one and nothing is done I will never shop on e-bay again. The whole experience was very upsetting. The fact that someone can verbally assault me because I left a neg beedback. I thought that was what the feedback theory was all about rules and opinions. I feel like the listing was misleading and I left a neg feedback. Then they fried to manipulate me into retracting it. Then they would retract the neg retaliation feedback they left for me. What an experience to want a review for. It was TERRIBLE.

This was a Christmas gift to my mom. I liked the fact that the service was great. However, when we tried to make our first pot of coffee, it did not work.

This is a one cup/two cup machine but it makes a truly delicious cup of coffee. The pods are relatively expensive but a coffee filter and some loose coffee work quite well in the "2 cup" pod holder.

No more stale burned coffee for me. Each cup is freshly brewed with a coffee shop crema on top. No coffeemaker I have previously owned can touch the Senseo.

works well, and makes good coffee. my only complaint would be that it requires two pods to make a mug of coffee, not one. not a huge deal.

This is a great coffee maker. My husband loves the coffee and it is so fast to do. He is always in a rush in the morning and he can make a cup and go. I would tell people to buy the pod maker, in the long run it will be cheaper for you. The pods can start to cost a lot, but if you only drink a cup here and there it is not bad. My husbands drinks a lot so we will go with the maker. He also love the taste of the coffee and everyone he makes one for love it!! He used to go to the big named coffee places and now with the Senco he never goes there anumore. I would say buy this and you will love it!! I bought two for Father's Day!
