I rate this product A+ for easy to use. Just plug it into your USB, then a new disk icon will appear. You just drag the songs you like into it. Then you are ready to go. The audio quality is also very sharp.

I do not give it a full 5, because it only support English, French, Deutsch. If your native language is not these three and you want to input some songs with titles in other language. The songs will not be displayed appropriately.

These are a great buy for the price. Has a backlight light for night viewing, displays ID3 tag (song info), equalizier, runs on a single AAA battery for up to 8 hours, comes with headphones and even a battery! Also comes with a handy USB extension cable, CD ROM, and is even firmware upgradable. Also, comes with some preloaded WMA songs as well! Overall great buy for the money, lightweight and small. Works great!

Returning second one. XP would not recognize. Support admits isssues and has patches "but not for this model" Obviously a problem, but they can't figure it out. I assume this product won't be around much longer. It came pre-loaded w/ songs and sounded decent w/ aftermarket h-phones. Equalizer settings are aet and don;t vary much. DO NOT BUY!!!

I really like this MP3 player because of the size, quality, price and ease of use. The only thing I don't like about it is the headphones that come with it, or should I say ear buds. I find them very uncomfortable and they don't stay in my ears very well. I purchased some softer squishy ear phones and everythiing is great now!

Very light weight, easy to use. The price and the name was the reason for the purchase. This ityem was purchased for a teenager to use so the less accessories the better.

I was suprised at how good this player is. It is very easy to use. I gave it to a kid for Christmas and he thinks it's great. I would recommend this for anyone.

Actually I didnt have a problem using this device, but for my daughter was a problem because it has just 3 buttons. You have to play with it to figure it out.

Great price and storage space, but no visible screen whatsoever, and volume is adjusted by holding on + or -, while only tapping or pressing either one will act as 'previous song' or 'next song.' i'd recommend paying for something that has a visible screen of some kind, and especially a volume adjuster that doesn't skip the track when you press it without holding it in.

its fine, i like it, i bought it because my kids had one like it and i knew that it was a nice one. i enjoy listening to it
