Great Service
Very fast service-product as advertised-would use supplier again-Unfortunately this universal remote I was unable to program to my Philips 9 inch under the counter TV. It could be programed to two other TV's but not the one I was hoping for. Philips claimed that the TV probably was not set up with an entry code that the remote would recognize

) This is a great universal remote for the price. It controls my tv just like the original remote and is a lot more sturdy. The only flaw I could find is the 'previous channel' button that is both small and at an odd location.
