Philips PET702 7 in. Portable DVD Player with Screen

I did not like it(Phillips PET702 portable DVD player with screen), because I assumed that if it had a game player that the game player would work on the dvd player, but there was no place on the dvd player to plug the game player in. They gave me a phone number to call, from the Phillips company, and I did, and they told me, that that model was not meant to play games on. I sent it back and was told over the phone that I could and that I would receive a refund including return postage, and it has been almost a month since I sent it back, and I know they have receive it, but I have yet to receive my refund. I would not buy from them again, and I have not given them any feedback, and I am doubtful if I will.

thanks for this item it is for my mentelly handcapp daughter who is 23 years old she still believe in santa claus and has been ask him for one for years i told her that if he does get one this year that i would personally tear santa clauses berad out thank you for saving santa clauses life and my husband thanks you too. other than that its perfic for her. i have 5 aunt that has been digionios with breast cancer 2 of them had both breast taken off. thanks agsin and
