This device had potential but the one thing I hate the most is the controls they are touch pad type so any accidental touch across the front of it could result in a change of the way you were listening to the music anywhere from changing the song to going back to the menu without you even wanting to do that, sucks, and you have to use windows media player to put the songs on the device which is extremely complicated. not user friendly at all. spend your money more wisely.
