BE CAREFULL NOT TO BUY UNITS sold by 4HOTDEAL on ebay and directly from their site
I ordered 2,not only it takes 2 weeks to ship, on the site they said shipping next working day) but I received SCRAP, 2 units used seriouly used which are not working
One the case was seriouly damaged has deep scrathes on front panel and
serial number was grinded, this one complete the initial check but CANNOT
read or Write DVD
The other the body was in better shape but it never compete the
initialisation and give an ERROR MESSAGE , no buttons works, again serial number grinded
Both unit were not in original box but in an anonymous brown box no word
about Philips the manufacturer
NO MANUAL, just a video cord , the ac cord and remote
Why serial number grinded , probably stolen marchandise
I returned the units to 4HOTDEAL, they refused to refund, they never answer phone or emails
SO NEVER BUY from 4HOTDEALS
