shipped this tv via UPS. seller under valued the tv and the plasma screen came broken. lost thousands of dollars due to UPS shipping and seller not insuring for correct ammount. Even if the insurance was correct, the whole process is a hastle to claim. NEVER buy a tv or plasma tv off ebay unless your picking it up. Most TV's on ebay are brokne anyway or defective. beware !!!
