Arrived working well. Very smooth transaction. I wanted something for my little brother and sister thus did not need anything brand new but did want it to be in working condition. An LCD monitor is the way to go for us and I saw this for auction and bought it.

This is a high quality LCD monitor, I bought it because I already had two of them and the price on this one was so reasonable. An PDF owners manual was available on the Philips web site.
