I checked this book out at our public library. It has very simple recipes. I am a very seasoned cook. These recipes anyone can follow. They look like a great chef prepared them, but even someone that has trouble boiling water, without burning it, can follow these recipes.

I love that this cookbook has very easy, simple recipes. All including delicious cream cheese. I didnt even realize that you could make more than just a few dips, and cheesecake with cream cheese. Everything from hot appetizers, main dishes, side dishes, desserts, etc. This is my new favorite cookbook
